This was one of the last projects I did before leaving England. The director, Clive Hicks-Jenkins is an extremely creative and passionate man. He designed and choreographed the show, as well as directed it. He took a darker look at the piece. I will never forget my first rehearsal with the large puppet. It took me over an hour to look in it’s direction, it was so horrible. |
